Safe Use of Pesticides Replacing Grandfather Rights Training

The law has changed, as of the 26th November 2015, it became an offence for anyone to use PPPs (Plant Protection Products) authorised for professional use unless they have a Certificate of Competence.

Under the new requirements a Certificate of Competence is required for anyone who is going to apply a professional product. This includes both knapsack and boom sprayer application methods. The City and Guilds Level 2 Safe Use of Pesticides Replacing Grandfather Rights will give you the qualification to continue to use professional products on your own land, land you rent or that of an employer.
